I had a job interview on Monday this week. They called me back for a 2nd interview yesterday. This coming Monday I find out if I’ve got the job!!!
I am so excited, if you couldn’t already tell!!! The role is for an Accounts Assistant.
Mecca Cosmetica is ‘high end’ make-up, beauty & skin care products, fragrances & accessories.
If I get the role I begin in the new year. I can’t think of a better way to begin 2010!
Talking about Christmas & New Years Eve, tomorrow Marty & I are going up to Shepparton to have an early Christmas lunch with his side of the family. On Christmas day my parents, sister & her boyfriends family are coming over to our place to have a large bbq lunch. New Years Eve we are heading out to BLVD, a bar on Southbank, with lots of friends to celebrate ’til early hours of the morning!
Life has been so hectic!

Friday night fun…
Last night my sister, her boyfriend Damo, Marty & myself went to Lumia at Crown Casino… had a few drinks & shots there. The place was pretty quiet for a Friday night & the atmosphere was boring so we quickly headed into the casino section and spent a bit of money gambling.
Lucky for me I walked out $110 up, YAY 
(that hasn’t happened in a long time, lately I’ve been walking out with a loss). What planned to be a late night ended pretty early. I think we left there at about 1:30am?!
This morning we all headed out to Pancake Parlour for breakfast, I then went and bought a new pair of black work heels. Which the Casino partially paid for!
Right now I am so tired. The neighbours directly across the road hired someone to come & do some kind of construction work in front of their house at 8am this morning. Who works at that time on a Saturday?!

Happy Birthday & Twilight- New Moon
Quick update…
Yesterday I had the day off & took my sister out for her birthday. The day started off with a 1 hour full body massage, we then moved onto a deluxe pedicure & foot treatment then a manicure! It was so relaxing. By the time dinner came around we were both exhausted. Such a hard life
We went to TGI Fridays with her boyfriend Damo & Marty, then for dessert we headed off to Cold Rock.
After that Marty & I went to the video store & hired the first Twilight movie. At midnight we then went and saw the screening of Twilight- New Moon. Luckily we bought our tickets online, most cinemas were sold out. We ended up home at about 3:30am!
I think today is one of the hottest November days Australia has had in a long time? 36 degrees and it’s still pretty early in the day. I woke up to my bedroom feeling like a sauna!
I have to go to work now, but I’m feeling so lazy! Wouldn’t you much rather be at the beach on a beautiful day like this?!
